2. Website delivery
This website is currently hosted using OpenAI Sites. Technical delivery uses Cloudflare infrastructure. To deliver the pages, the infrastructure involved processes your IP address and technical information about the requested page in particular.
The purpose is to provide and securely operate the website. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply to the processing necessary for this, based on our interest in a reliable website. The platform's specific processing still needs to be checked.
The exact contracting parties and their roles, the scope and retention period of server logs, any data processing agreements, and processing locations and safeguards for transfers to third countries remain to be established. Data processing and storage mechanisms of any upstream platform access must also be considered.
3. Enquiries and reservations
Reservations are made by phone. The website has no contact or reservation form. A phone link opens the phone application on your device; an email link opens your email application.
If you contact us by phone or email, we process the contact details and content you provide to handle your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to reservation enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply to other enquiries.
The contact email address uses Google's Gmail. This service is involved when an email is sent. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.
The actual retention of enquiries and reservation details, statutory retention obligations, and the email provider's contractual and transfer terms still need to be documented. We therefore do not yet promise fixed deletion periods.
4. Google Maps
A Google Maps map can be displayed on the contact page. It is loaded only after you click “Load Google Maps”. A connection to Google is then established, and Google receives your IP address and technical browser and device information in particular. The integration is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where access to your device takes place, section 25(1) TDDDG.
Depending on your browser and account settings, Google identifiers, cookies or other storage technologies may be used, and data may be linked to a Google account. Processing outside the EU or EEA is also possible. See Google's privacy policy for details of processing, retention and settings.
You can remove the map at any time by selecting “Hide map again”. Your choice is not stored by this website and must be made again on a later visit. Hiding the map does not reverse any transfer already made to Google; you can delete Google cookies through your browser settings.
5. Cookies, fonts and other services
Our own site code contains no analytics or marketing services. The menu does not set cookies or store your selection in the browser. Fonts and restaurant images are served from this website without requesting external fonts.
Google Maps loads only after a click on the contact page. Hosting and platform access need to be considered separately. Their actual storage access and any required consent remain to be reviewed.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future.
Use the contact details above for such requests. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Schleswig-Holstein this is the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein.
7. Version and updates
As of 28 September 2026. This policy covers the current Sites version, including Google Maps loaded after a click and locally hosted font files. Changes to hosting or integrated services require an update.
